Abstract

Medical Thermography is a non-invasive infrared imaging tool that records temperature patterns on the skin and may offer valuable insight into inflammation, circulation, and breast health. This presentation introduces thermography as an adjunctive wellness and screening support method, with emphasis on how it can be used to observe physiologic patterns without radiation or compression.

*I will review the basic principles of infrared thermography, its common applications in clinical and integrative settings, and the importance of understanding its proper place in care. Special attention will be given to breast health education; thermography is used responsibly alongside appropriate medical follow-up. The presentation will also explore broader whole-body uses, including assessment support for vascular concerns, pain, and inflammatory patterns. *
